- If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled
- In such cases, you may request a return after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy
3. Refund for Canceled Orders
- If your order is successfully canceled, a full refund will be initiated
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

4. Prepaid Orders
- Prepaid orders canceled before dispatch will receive a full refund
- No cancellation charges will be applied
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders can be canceled before shipment without any charges
- Repeated cancellations may lead to restrictions on future orders
6. Embroque’s Right to Cancel
Embroque reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

- Errors in pricing or product information
- Suspicious or fraudulent transactions
- Issues related to logistics or delivery
