Thank you for shopping with Embroque. We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase of our car accessories and car perfumes. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- The item must be in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required
Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used car perfumes cannot be returned.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used car perfumes
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items without original packaging or missing parts
- Clearance or sale items (if applicable)
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos of the issue
- We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at customercare@embroque.com with your order details
- Our team will review and approve your request
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions
Note: Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected
- Approved refunds will be credited within [5–10 business days]
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
6. Replacement Policy
- Replacements are subject to product availability
- If the item is out of stock, a refund will be provided instead
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped
- Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

- Contact your payment provider
